Title: Customer Service Associate Representative
Location: Orlando, FL
Remote Location Requirements: 100% remote as of now - possibly hybrid; candidates need to be local to Orlando, FL
Hours: Monday - Friday, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM EST Training - 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (2-3 weeks)
Initial Assignment Length: 6 Months (Extension is possible based on performance, attendance, and business need)

Responsibilities:

• Delivers basic technical, administrative, or operative Customer Service tasks.
• Performs simple data entry, sorts requests, and maintains files.
• Understands simple instructions and procedures.
• Performs Customer Service duties under direct instruction and close supervision.
• Work is allocated on a day-to-day or task-by-task basis with clear instructions.
• Entry point into professional roles.
• Order Entry, Inbound Calls & be able to multi-task between task.
• Great organization skills and an active listener.
