Job Purpose:
Provide exceptional customer services while managing realistic expectations of custom manufacturing processes.

Duties:
- Responds to customer inquiries by understanding inquiry; reviewing previous inquiries and responses; gathering and researching information; assembling and forwarding information; verifying customer's understanding of information and answer.
- Prepares for customer inquiries by studying products, services, and customer service processes.
- Receive customer calls and emails and develop plans to resolve issues
- Provide product quotes
- Prepare orders for order entry and production
- Handle multiple responsibilities at one time
- Take initiative and resolve escalations or complaints
- Maintain a positive representation of The Leslie Company at all times
Skills and Qualifications:
- Post high school education preferred
- Prior inside customer service experience preferred
- Proficiency with Windows PC applications
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and customer needs
- Analytical and process-oriented mindset
- Strong math skills and excellent written communication
- Team player, self-starter, and multitasker with strong time management skills
Salary
18 - 22 /hour
