EDI Order Management
- Process EDI’s daily- monitor files making sure orders are being processed in a timely manner.
- Review any discrepancies against contracts/bulks
- Check inventory availability if no contact/bulk exists- check with Sales prior to processing
- Communicate all issues/concerns/discrepancies to Sales and work with the Account/buyers for corrections.
- Follow up with accounts/buyers for EDI revisions/correction
Responsibilities
- Manage and track production eta to Warehouse – work closely with warehouse to prioritize and turn goods quickly
- Review item set up sheets, AEX forms and Quotes
- Walmart systems -Retail link/Nova/Supplier One set ups, updates, requests.
- Works closely with Walmart Lead, Sales, Warehouse and production
- Own and manage all Sales order Maintenance that needs to be completed daily
- Support sales on all customer service/operations functions
- Provide documentation to the account requesting EDI transmissions
- Main account focus will be Walmart with additional Customer service responsibilities in the Mass Sales department
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in the apparel industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with EDI systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

- Annual Salary $60,000 - $70,000
- The offered salary for this position will vary based on role requirements determined by NYC Alliance, skill set and years of experience.
