Customer Service Associate Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to new and existing customer accounts
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction and ensure long-term customer retention
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
Deliver quality product presentations and answer questions with honesty and transparency
Meet personal and customer service sales metrics and evaluate performance on a weekly basis
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; and follow up to ensure resolution
Keep records of customer interactions and transactions to report to Customer Service Associate team and management
