Customer Service Associate III - Entegee

Summary: Seeking a Customer Service Associate III with a focus on Aerospace, Defense & Marine (AD&M) to provide total customer satisfaction and increase sales through daily interactions.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of Microsoft Suite applications

• SAP and Salesforce proficiency is beneficial

• Prior experience in Customer Service is beneficial but not mandatory

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• College education is beneficial, degree not necessary

• Minimum of 4 years experience in Customer Service

Job Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain customer business relationships

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers

• Liaise between the customer and all internal points of contact

• Most interactions (internally and externally) will be via email, with minimal incoming/outgoing phone calls.

Please note that this is a hybrid position, with training potentially required on-site from Monday to Thursday. Fridays are remote, while Tuesdays are office-required scheduled workdays.

 

 

 

 

Pay Details: $20.00 to $40.00 per hour
