Overview of the Customer Service Associate role:
- Handle customer inbound calls with exceptional customer service skills; empathy, active listening, and call de-escalation.
- Logs all inbound calls in AVAYA and Salesforce CRM systems.
- Log, Track, investigate and resolve customer issues with deliveries, curriculum, sales orders, product info and technical support.
- Provide effective and timely resolution for all customer inquiries.
- Participate in product training to build working knowledge of all divisional programs and services.
- Assist supervisor or manager with special projects or customers.
Preferred Qualifications for the Customer Service Associate:
- Steller Attendance and Punctuality
- 3+ years of Customer Service experience
- Solid MS Office experience
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment
- Great communication and follow-through
