Are you looking for a Customer Service position? A prominent shoe retailer, that is known around the world, is looking for someone to join their team! This position will serve as the primary customer contact point in the company. Order taking, answering customer questions, and problem solving are the primary functions. This position will require telephone communication, computer skills, and a positive, outgoing personality.
Compensation and Hours for the Customer Service Associate
- $17 an hour
- Temp to Hire
- Monday Friday;8am 5pm
- Medical Benefits offered
Requirements of the Customer Service Associate
- Knowledge or experience in the footwear or apparel industry is a plus but not required
- Exceptional communication skills
- A friendly and outgoing personality
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Working knowledge and skills in Microsoft Office: Word and Excel
Duties and Responsibilities of the Customer Service Associate
- Answer phones;provide customer assistance and offer resolutions
- Assist customers with placing orders and order maintenance
- Consumer relations: email and phone
- Handle lost package claims and assisting with warranty information
- Process requests for returns and return labels
- Process customer orders through the company website
- Track customer shipments and obtain proof of delivery if necessary
- Provide ongoing product knowledge
