Customer Service Representative / Administrative Professional

Pay Rate: $19.50/hr

Location: Owings Mills, Maryland, 21117

Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 4:45 pm

Job Description

• Reviews transaction requests and authorizations and processes transactions.

• Responsible for timely and accurate reconciliation of transactions. Maintains department processing standards in productivity and quality.

• Responsible for tracking responses to client inquiries in order to inform the development of guides that enable to swift resolution of recurring issues.

• Performs duties as assigned to improve business processes, the timing and quality of client transactions, and the level of support available.

• Works to learn and understand business processes and service requirements.

• May communicate either verbally or in writing with clients.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

• Ability to navigate Microsoft Excel and strong computer skills.

• Proficient math and reading skills.

• Strong analytical abilities.

• Customer service skills (2+ years of experience).

• Strong administrative skills (1+ years of experience).
