TempExperts is seeking an Customer Service/Administrative Assistant
for immediate placement with a government agency St. Petersburg, FL.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, handling some email correspondences, etc.
- Provide answers to client and customer inquiries including assisting callers with filling out proper documentation.
- Processing inbound calls on a multiple phone system.
- Maintain accurate Data Entry.
- Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
- Other special projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of relevant administrative experience.
- Computer savvy.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.
- Keen data entry skills - 45 wpm or more.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Great written and verbal communication.
- Problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Reliable and timely, great attendance.
