Job Type: Temp to Hire
Pay Rate: $19-$20/hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30am-5pm
Description of Position:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Part-Time Customer Service Admin to join our team. The ideal candidate will perform a variety of administrative and customer service tasks to ensure smooth daily operations and an excellent customer experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer emails and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Handle filing and retrieval of paperwork as needed.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls with a friendly and helpful attitude.
- Input and update data with precision.
- Conduct research to locate products in the warehouse or track deliveries.
Description of Company:
You will be supporting a well established wine storage facility in Benicia, California.
Experience Required:
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in data entry and basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous customer service or administrative experience is a plus.
