Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service/Account Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will manage customer accounts, ensure seamless order processes, and build strong relationships to foster long-term business success.
Direct-hire Opportunity
Pay: $50,000/yr
Shift: M-F 8am-5pm

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary contact for assigned customer accounts
- Build and maintain strong relationships by understanding customer needs and ensuring satisfaction.
- Oversee and coordinate the timely and accurate processing of customer orders.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve concerns related to orders, shipping, or product availability efficiently.
- Collaborate with internal teams to manage order fulfillment and monitor inventory levels.
- Ensure timely delivery of products and proactively communicate updates to customers.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products to meet customer needs.
- Share insights and customer feedback with the sales team to support business growth strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, account details, and order statuses.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in customer service, account management, or sales support.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive and customer-centric mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
- Experience with construction products is a plus.
