Primary responsibilities include:
- Providing effective customer service for all assigned clients.
- Ability to manage multiple task/inquiries, while providing timely updates
- Experience moving an order from quote to finished product including tasks around full-cycle customer service including quotes, sales orders, work order status, change orders, and RMA.
- Working in environment using BOM (Bill of Materials) for product components and work orders
- Provide timely and accurate order status and product request information
- Work closely with engineering and production managers to ensure accurate work orders
- Partner with purchasing, engineering, and production to exceed client expectations
- Handle client inquiries with professionalism and long-term satisfaction/product resolution
Qualifications:
- Technical knowledge of electronics equipment manufacturing preferred
- Sales experience in manufacturing industry highly preferred

- Strong time management and organization skills
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Proficient computer skills (MS Office) and ability to learn ERP system
This full-time direct hire role with an 8am-4:30pm schedule in the greater Windsor, CT area has a salary range of $50-55K. Apply with your interest right away.
