- Customer Service & Account Management:
- Schedule and manage appointments for preventive maintenance and quoted repair services.
- Provide clients with timely updates regarding technician response times, diagnoses, and resolution progress.
- Conduct follow-up correspondence with clients to ensure satisfaction with completed services.
- Operational Coordination:
- Collaborate with the Dispatcher to assist in scheduling and coordinating technician workloads effectively.
- Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely service delivery.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, service logs, and appointment details.
- Communication & Problem Solving:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving service issues promptly.
- Work closely with internal teams to align client needs with operational capabilities.
- Generate service reports and client updates to maintain transparency and accountability.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a business-to-business (B2B) environment.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics for Field Service is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with Service Channel and FM Pilot is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities to interact with clients, coworkers, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent attention to detail, time management, and multitasking capabilities.
