Our ideal candidate will bring a year of Insurance industry experience either in a customer service role, underwriter position or loan officer!

We are looking for a motivated Permanent Customer Service Account Manager (Entry Level) to join our team. With a primary focus on insurance and personal lines, this role is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills while making a real difference to our clients. You'll work closely with our clients, providing them with the solutions they need to meet their insurance requirements and goals.
Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Account Manager, you will be the primary contact for our clients, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Handling and managing a portfolio of client accounts effectively.
2. Providing excellent customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries and ensuring their needs are met.
3. Understanding and promoting our insurance products and services.
4. Identifying opportunities to grow business with existing clients.
5. Collaborating with the sales team to reach prospective clients.
6. Assisting clients with claims and policy changes.
7. Keeping records of client transactions and interactions.
8. Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes.
9. Keeping up-to-date with industry and company updates.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
1. 1+ years of experience in insurance, personal lines, and client communication.
2. Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for helping others.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. The ability to build relationships and engage clients in conversations to understand their needs.
5. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple client accounts.
6. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with CRM systems.
7. The ability to work well in a team and also perform independently.
8. A proactive approach to problem-solving.
9. An understanding of the insurance industry and its regulations.
10. A high school diploma or equivalent. A degree in business administration or a related field is a plus.
