Customer Serivce Dispatch at Accentuate Staffing

Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for a dynamic Customer Service Representative to join an established company in Raleigh as a Dispatcher. This position is part-time 20  hours working Friday 7p-11p,  Saturday 3p-12a,  and Sunday 3p-12a.  Training will take place onsite then will transition to a fully remote role.  Must live in Raleigh to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for inbound and outbound phone calls
• Follow up with customers via email and phone calls to ensure orders are handled appropriately
• Assist callers with delivery needs, schedule changes, and updates to client accounts
• Manage all scheduling needs and schedule orders as needed following up on any issue
• Resolve customer issues and requests quickly
• Work with team members to complete all ordering and client needs as quickly as possible.
• Maintain and update electronic portal

Requirements:

• Ability to work weekends and evenings
  • Background in customer service and call center environments
  • Excellent communication skills
• Must be self motivated and disciplined to work remotely – must be available at all times during assigned working hours
• Must have a designated quiet works space from home
• Must have high school diploma. Associates Degree preferred and clean background
  • Computer savvy; ability to pick up new software quickly
