Title: Customer Relations Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media platforms.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues with professionalism and empathy.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and support.
- Educate customers about company products, services, and policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Identify and implement strategies to enhance the customer experience.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer relations.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations.
- Previous experience in customer service or related field preferred.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
