Customer Property and Returns Support Representative at 804 Technology

6-Month Contract

Position Requirements:

• A minimum of two years of customer contact or similar experience required.
• Experience using MS Office programs (including Word, Outlook and Excel).
• Strong interpersonal skills to promote positive, professional work relationships and team environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent analytical skills and high attention to detail dealing with complex, detailed information.
• Demonstrated ability to meet established goals and deadlines.
• Ability to multi-task and communicate effectively with all levels of management.
• Planning and organizational skills to coordinate workload around multiple assignments.
• Willingness and initiative to learn.

Education:

High school diploma or GED required. Associate's degree or higher preferred.
