As a Customer Logistics Supervisor, you will be responsible for our Delivered Fresh Daily operations. In this role you will report directly to the Customer Logistics Manager. You will assist with overseeing the end-to-end process which includes our Route Service Drivers, order management, loadout coordination, fleet/equipment oversight and local level customer support. The Customer Logistics Supervisor works with the Customer Logistics Manager, the Shop General Manager, Market Sales Manager and third-party logistics providers to execute Delivered Fresh Daily activities and meet budgeted revenue and cost objectives. You will perform all duties by company policy, standards and established procedures. A commitment to teamwork, a clean, professional appearance, enthusiasm, customer-focused behavior and a high energy level are necessary.
A TASTE OF WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Assist Customer Logistics Manager with the management of the assigned driver team to include – Hiring, Training, Scheduling, Coaching and discipline.
- Sets priorities for the driver team to ensure task completion
- Will also coordinate resources and planned work for the team.
- Responsible for ensuring all drivers follow operational processes and procedures.
- Uses judgement to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve day to day technical and operational problems.?
- You will work with the Customer Logistics Manager to adapt plans and priorities to address resource and operational challenges.
- Manage Orders and ensure daily systems processes are completed to accurately account for all activity.
- Manage staging and loadout to ensure routes are dispatched and complete.
- Work with 3rd party providers as required to address service concerns or disruptions and develop contingency plans.
YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS:
- 4+ years' experience in QSR or retail environment with progressive experience in logistics, fleet management or related responsibilities.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to work all necessary work schedules, including holidays/weekends.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal

- Clean driving record (3 years)
- Able to meet DOT Medical Examiner Card eligibility requirements.
- Travel Requirements: 0-10%
- Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
