About the Job
Our growing manufacturing client, located just a few minutes NW of Indy (Whitestown) is looking for an experienced Customer Experience Specialist to join their team to serve as liaison between the company and their customers. This "quarterback" role is fully onsite and reports to the Customer Experience Manager. Great, stable company with growth strategy. Annual bonus opportunity and great benefits. The leadership team is rare - they value EACH role within the organization. Ideal candidate will know how to provide pricing/quoting and can work with other departments - shipping/engineering/purchasing. Excel experience is a plus. Current business system is SAP.
This company just moved into their new operations facility a year ago and enjoy stand up desks and huge computer monitors. Great team culture.
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Purchase Order processing
- Quotation processing
- Answer customer inquiries via telephone and/or email
- Resolve customer complaints/issues
- Assist co-workers in all duties
- Ensure timely deliveries
- Act as liaison between company departments and customer
- Maintain customer accounts
- Assist Regional Sales managers with maintaining key accounts
- Other tasks as assigned by supervisor for the continual improvement
