About the Job
BBSI is excited to be recruiting a Customer Experience Specialist for our internet provider client in Waldport,Oregon. The Customer Experience Specialist is a key part of our customer satisfaction and retention goals, and directly impacts the success of the organization.
The Customer Experience Specialist offers both phone and in-person support to current and potential customers. A typical day in this role looks like the following:
- Answering and handling 10-15 customer calls, with an average of 5 minutes per call.
- Completing service orders following customer calls.
- Processing customer payments.
- Answering questions regarding service options and plans.
- Limited administrative support tasks, such as mail sorting and errands such as mail and deposit drop offs.
This position represents a unique opportunity to learn and grow with a great local company. The Customer Experience Specialist has opportunities for advancement within the Customer Support department, as well as opportunities across the other departments in the company.
We are seeking an individual with exceptional customer service experience, who is eager to learn the ins and outs of internet and phone service. Our ideal candidate would have the following qualifications and experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- Exceptional customer service skills and experience.
- Computer and data entry skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication abilities.
- Great team work, time management, and organizational skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Office 365.
