What You'll Do: As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be the dedicated point of contact for our customers, ensuring every interaction is smooth, professional, and exceeds expectations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing concierge-level support to customers, from processing orders to resolving concerns.
• Coordinating logistics to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Tracking shipments and optimizing transportation costs.
• Collaborating across departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Collecting and acting on customer feedback to improve service quality.

• Experience in logistics, supply chain, or customer service.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience in logistics, business, or related fields.
