As an Alpha 1 HVAC customer experience coordinator, you’ll be the focal point for daily operations. Your major responsibilities will include:

• Scheduling, dispatching, and tracking HVAC service technicians and installers
• Communicating with customers, technicians, and managers to ensure quality service and customer satisfaction
• Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and courteous manner
• Maintaining accurate records and reports of all service activities and transactions

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Strong computer literacy

Physical Demands:

• Frequent mobility and/or sitting required for extended periods of time.
• Some bending, lifting, and stooping required.
• Manual dexterity to operate a keyboard, telephone, calculator, printer, etc.

Working Conditions:

Involvement with coworkers, management, staff, and customers. Occasional high stress work may require dealing with angry, demanding customers.
