Customer Engineer with experience in DevOps or a background as a Software Engineer working with DevOps practices

Requirements
2+ years of experience as a Customer Engineer / Solutions Engineer / Deployed Engineer at a enterprise-facing software company OR have 2+ years of experience in DevOps / Software Engineering and have an interest in shifting to a more customer-facing role.
Experience with Docker/Kubernetes, cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure), and on-prem/cloud deployments
Previously owned the deployment pipeline for a cloud-hosted, managed proudct - or helped a customer to deploy product
Excellent communication - this is a customer facing role, so there is a need to be comfortable meeting and assistant customers on a daily basis
Flexible approach to working hours - as a start up this could reach 60+ hours per week!
Experience working with a startup in this capacity before would be great!
Hands on coding ability would be preferred also (ideally with Python, Typescript, React)
Responsibilities
Act as the primary technical advisor to customer base, providing expert support and building strong relationships&
Guide customers through their self-hosted deployments across different clouds (AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.) and deployment methods (Docker Compose, Kubernetes, AWS ECS, Helm, etc.)&
Debug and patch tricky, deployment-specific issues with customers&
Contribute features to systematically eliminate common issue points during deployment&
Create a seamless onboarding experience for customers
Work with customers to find the best use cases for product, maximizing our impact and value&
Be the voice of the customer - bridge gap between Product and Customers
