What You'll Do:
As a Customer Engagement Specialist, you will reach out to new and re-engage with existing customers to reactivate and deepen relationships that will expand revenue and meet business goals. This will be achieved primarily by delivering "hands-on" 1:1 outreach to individual customers via phone & email.
Your Accountabilities in the Role:
- Reach out to existing customers to inspire repeat purchases.
- Proactively engages with "at-risk" customers to mitigate cancellations.
- Share tailored win-back offers to reactivate churned customers.
- Support marketing campaigns by responding to comments, DMs, reviews, etc.
- Deliver proactive support to VIP customers to ensure they feel valued and heard.
- Accurately manage customer interactions using CRM tools to maintain seamless follow-ups and insights.
- Meets and/or exceeds performance benchmarks, such as customer retention and LTV.
- Collaborates with the team to refine outreach strategies and share valuable customer feedback.
Position Requirements:
- 2-3 years of sales / customer service experience in a B2C environment (some experience in the food. And/or health & wellness industry preferred).
- Strong proficiency with CRM systems and sales-related software to streamline your work.
- Strong communication skills and a proven ability to connect with customers.
- Alignment with our core values and mission.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - (this is a new role for us, so we are looking for someone who is self-motivated and doesn't need a lot of structure).
Other Important Information:
Position Pay: Salaried position with potential for bonus.
Reports To: Director of Marketing
Core Hours: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (Hours can be flexible as needed)
Typical Work Week: Monday to Friday; 40 hours/week

Work Conditions: Fully remote
Travel: Limited travel
