Overview:
Responsible for generating sales between Soar and its customers. Work on the sales and Customer Sales Team (CST) to build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients. Act as the first point of contact for clients, recommending new products and services, as well as answer any questions clients may have to ensure they’re satisfied with their purchase.
Responsibilities:- Prospect for new leads (potential buyers of Soar solutions).
- Contact Leads to schedule an in-person meeting or respond to a Market Survey.
- Confirm Leads are a good fit (ICP) and vice versus during the first meeting.
- Educate Leads about the Soar offering, address challenges, and establish a reputation for being helpful, responsive, and a reliable resource. Maintain regular contact with the Lead until they are ready for a Pitch.
- Present a Soar solution tailored to the Lead’s specific needs.
- Create and present a formal price quote and associated terms and conditions.
- Convert quotes into signed contracts.
- Receive signed contract and begin implementation. Leverage Lead to generate referrals.
- Knows and keeps track of current accounts.
- Keeps track of corporate communication channels.
- Updates existing clients on new products or services.
- Contributes information to market strategy by monitoring competitive products.
