Job Title: Customer Contract Implementation Specialist
Location(s): Knoxville, TN
(1 day per week in the office, Flexibility to come into the office on an additional day if required)
Responsibilities:
- Working with internal and external key players to implement contract details, such as terms & conditions, pricing, and other contractual obligations, into various systems to ensure accurate and timely invoicing for customers.
- Perform quality assurance checks monthly for previous processed contract request.
- Responsible for driving the implementation of all contract/customer setup requests and meeting implementation deadlines.

- Proficient use of the suite of Microsoft Office products.
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and able to pivot tasks based on business needs.
- Coordinate and manage the exchange of information, documents, and data.
Required skills to have for the success of this role:
- Experience in contract implementation is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and unsupervised with sharp critical thinking.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to perform under time constraints.
- High levels of proficiency and quality in data inputs.
- Strengths in reading and interpreting complex contracts.
- Ability to plan and prioritize activity and stay aligned with organizational goals and strategies.
