Customer Care Specialist - Part Time - Foot Locker

At Foot Locker we obsess over the customer. This is where you come in! We are looking to hire multiple part-time Customer Care Specialists, a role that is vital to our company's success. You will be responsible for providing a positive customer experience through compassion and problem-solving.

This position provides flexible scheduling and the opportunity to expand your career by learning about the business.

This position is located on-site in our Wausau, Wisconsin office. 

Scheduling: Hours are available Monday-Friday between 7am-9pm. A minimum of 8 hours of availability per week is required. You would set your own availability for scheduling within these parameters.

Compensation:  $15 / hour 

Next available training start date: Monday, June 3

Training: You would attend 3 weeks of Customer Care Training from either 8:00am-12:30pm or 4:00pm-8:30pm Monday-Friday.

• Providing superior customer service over the phone to assist customers with questions or concerns around orders they've placed online, shipment tracking, product availability, etc.
• Empathizing with and prioritizing customer needs

• Ability to be polite and professional while speaking to customers 
• Previous customer service experience is helpful but not required
