- Assist in resolving issues and coordinating with maintenance and management teams.
- Maintain accurate records of resident interactions and feedback.
- Organize community events and activities to foster resident engagement.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus.
