Enable Dental is also implementing Teledentistry into our day-to-day operations to improve the overall dental hygiene of patients, improve access to care for patients and offer convenience to patients who might not be able to visit a traditional dental office. Teledentistry reflects a broader changing dental care landscape moving toward innovation and a convenience care model.
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Dental Customer Care Specialist position. The ideal candidate will have experience as a Dental Assistant and be familiar with the day-to-day operations of a dental office and be able to handle a High volume of phone calls.
Responsibilities:
Manage the front desk, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and maintaining patient records
Answering questions regarding scheduling and Treatment plans is a huge part of this position.
Occasionally assist the dentists and hygienists with patient care as needed
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Comply with all HIPAA regulations
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience as a Dental Assistant
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must be Covid Vaccinated
Bilingual- Preferred
