InsuraTec Services Group, a leading provider of financial services and insurance solutions, is seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Care Sales Manager. Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients in the financial services and insurance sectors.
• Utilize provided leads to drive sales and meet sales targets.
• No cold calling, door-to-door, or network marketing involved.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their insurance needs and recommend suitable products.
• Maintain a strong client focus and uphold the values of transparency, integrity, diversity, and relentlessness.
• Complete required training and obtain necessary insurance licenses.
• Work independently in a self-paced environment while staying driven and self-motivated.

Qualifications:

• No prior experience required; entry-level candidates are welcome.
• Must be self-motivated, driven, and able to work independently.
• Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.
• Ability to maintain a client-focused approach while meeting sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be willing to obtain the necessary insurance licenses.
• Experience in financial services or insurance sales is a plus but not required.
