Customer Care Representative
Shifts: 12pm - 8pm - Monday - Friday or Saturday - Wednesday
Training Shifts : 9am - 5pm - Monday - Friday
Pay Rate : $15 - $18/hour
Experience: Previous experience in similar work environment.
Customer Care Representative Job Summary :
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email correspondence.
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issues.
- Coordinate with other departments to handle critical support issues.
- Provide follow-up calls to customers.
Customer Care Representative Responsibilities:
- Responsible for helping customers with their questions or issues.
- Complete system documentation to ensure that customer records are complete and accurate.
- Provide product information on customer orders.
- Research information using multiple resources .
Customer Care Representative Requirements:
- Must pass assessments provided by PrideStaff.
- Previous experience working in an inbound/outbound call center environment prefered.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast paced, on-site environment.
- Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills.
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $15.00 - $18.00
