School Health Corporation, the leading provider of health supplies to schools across the US, seeks an Entry Level Customer Care Representative. As part of School Health, you’ll be joining a team of talented people who want to make a positive difference in the lives of school-based health professionals and educators! Here, you won't be simply promoting products—you'll be promoting a healthier, safer experience for kids in schools throughout the nation.

Customer contact is largely handled by the Customer Care Department, therefore a significant part of the customer’s impression of School Health. The Customer Care Team at School Health handles inbound phone calls, webchats and emails from our Customers and Sales Teams and is responsible for researching and resolving requests. The Customer Care Representative will enter customer orders and quotes. The Customer Care Representative is an entry level position, however there is significant opportunity for growth and advancement. Other projects may be assigned according to the business needs.

Principal Duties:

• Respond to telephone, e-mail, fax and online chat inquiries from prospects and customers.
• Provide pricing on bids and quotes for prospects and existing customers
• Enter orders received via telephone, email, fax and webchat
• Answer customer questions regarding products and availability
• Update customer inquiry details and account information in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Salesforce
• Resolve customer complaints or concerns

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1-year recent customer care experience
• Excellent customer service skills
• Outstanding listening and communication skills
• Some experience with upselling / soft selling skills
• Team player
• Previous experience using a CRM software a plus
• Previous Salesforce or SAP experience a plus
• High School diploma or GED required. Some college or business courses preferred.
