We work with residential builders, remodelers and homeowners providing them with installed sales of shower doors, mirrors, shelving, bath hardware and lock hardware. Job Overview
Generate and process administrative duties related to overall operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Foster a positive company image and provide excellent customer service.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Initial point of contact who will handle incoming traffic and routine office duties, including answer phones and greet customers who visit showroom
- Assist customers in showroom with purchases and product pick up as needed.
- Scanning and distribution of daily paperwork
- Coordinate incoming customer PO’s from email and customer portal websites
- Scan job documents/save emails as necessary for accurate recall ability
- Data Entry into Shelving program.
- Management of daily paperwork.
- Ensure accurate maintenance and project entry of all customer purchase orders received
- Providing support for multiple departments as requested.
Qualifications
- Accuracy and efficiency of all Customer PO maintenance and entry.
- Proven track record of excellent attention to detail and time management.
- Overall Performance of individual Operations personnel including accuracy and integrity.
- Attendance, Initiative, and Attitude.
Job Type: Full-time
Starting Salary: $20.00-21.00 per hour
