The position:The Customer Care Associate plays a pivotal role in RPM Living’s centralization strategy by answering all incoming calls and emails, handling customer questions and complaints, and transferring potential leads to our CRM team. Acting as the voice of RPM’s communities, this role exemplifies the values of our organization and provides customers with the highest levels of service.
- Provide solutions to complex customer questions, complaints, concerns, and respond through various communication channels (phone, email, chat).
- Provide superior service to internal and external customers to ensure the experience is effortless and seamless.
- Create, manage, and update customer profiles within CRM system.
- Use CRM software to track, manage, and support residents from first contact through resolution.
- Redirect customers to appropriate departments for investigation and resolution when necessary.
- Adhere to established company processes and procedures, ensuring consistency and quality in customer interactions.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction.
- Research and prepare reports, memos, letters, and other documents using email, spreadsheets, database, or other software systems as needed.
- Prior multifamily experience required.
- Previous experience in customer service required.
- Funnel Leasing experience is preferred.
- Biligual in English and Spanish is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
- Professional and courteous demeanor.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Employment with RPM Living is contingent upon successful completion of a background check and possessing a valid drivers license.
