About the Job
Brighton Solutions is seeking a long-term, contract-to-hire, Customer Service Advocate extraordinaire to support a large not-for-profit membership association. This group is dedicated to safety and fire prevention through the development of codes and standards.
This division is responsible for credentialing and for the development and administration of testing-related services. The Credentialing Advocate is effectively a high-level Customer Advocate supporting the members and the company through various activities that may include::
- Processing Applications, Candidate Documents, Records Release, Payments/Refunds and field/record database merges
- Renewals and Reporting
- Customer Care
- Work directly with (internal/external) customers regarding questions and concerns
- Tier 1/2 direct communications from candidates and departments
- Quality Control
Requirements include:
- Education and Experience: The successful applicant will ideally possess a minimum of an associate degree in a related field, plus experience in a fast-paced environment with critical hard-stop deadlines.
- Requires high organization and process-tracking skills.
- Exposure to construction-related work content desired.
- Must be proficient in or capable of quickly mastering MS Office and in-house computer software programs.
