We're currently seeking a full-time Inside Sales Representative in Carrollton, TX. Your main responsibilities will include nurturing client relationships while driving revenue growth. Ability to earn over 6 figures and full benefits!
Pay: $40k base + commission
Full benefits – medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401k
Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue growth by enhancing product sales within designated B2B accounts.
- Formulate tailored account strategies to meet monthly sales targets.
- Employ a consultative sales approach, consistently delivering exceptional solutions.
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries, comprising 70% of daily activities.
- Emphasize account expansion through suggestive selling to retail clients.
- Engage in constructive dialogues with partners to understand needs and address objections.
- Showcase product value to mitigate pricing concerns and achieve sales objectives.
- Support stores in curating seasonal assortments and key item purchases.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in phone sales.
- Excellent communication and multi-tasking skills
- Proficiency in prospecting and conducting business via phone, email, and/or text.
- Comfortable with technology, adept at leveraging tools for informed decision-making and opportunity analysis.
