Responsible for managing the day to day operations customer accounts and growing these accounts by developing relationships with our customer contacts, planners, and facilities in order to increase Volume, revenue and Gross Margin.
Responsible for managing the day to day operations customer accounts and growing these accounts by developing relationships with our customer contacts, planners, and facilities in order to increase Volume, revenue and Gross Margin.
What you'll do:
- Develop strong relationships with customers’ planners, logistics teams, and facilities
- Accept, build, & schedule all customer shipments correctly with all pertinent information and documentation
- Ensure loads are tracked and updated in timely manner
- Prioritize and respond to both internal and external requests in a timely, effective, and professional manner using the appropriate method of communication
- Identify potential problems and escalate as needed
- Effectively communicate with internal and external contacts
- Collaborate with team and Account Lead Representative to come up with ways to improve accounts
- Maintain customer profiles, contacts, valuable information (green notepad)
- Meet/exceed customer compliance expectations.
- Update portals in a timely manner.
