Job Description:

Addison Group is hiring a Customer Account Specialist for our client. The role involves communicating with customers via phone, email, and online chat, handling order management, and ensuring accuracy in processing. The ideal candidate will be responsible, reliable, and ready to learn while assisting others and participating in team meetings. Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers via phone, email, and online chat
• Document all customer communications and actions accurately
• Process orders in a timely and accurate manner
• Assist customers with inquiries related to order status, pricing, returns, and backorders
• Collaborate with internal teams, including the warehouse, to manage rush orders and resolve any order or shipment discrepancies
• Manage order allocations and backorder releases with clients
• Meet performance goals such as attendance, schedule adherence, and call quality
• Escalate critical or complex issues to management
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in customer service, specifically in order tracking and logistics
• Proficiency with order management systems (SAP, Oracle, AS400, or equivalent)
• Strong data entry and order tracking skills

Additional Details:

• Job Type: Contract-to-Hire (CTH)
• Work Schedule: M-F, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Training: In-office M-F for 3-5 weeks (post-training, hybrid schedule available)
