Overview
Seeking a Customer Account Manager.
Candidate will be responsible for a portfolio of customer accounts including collections, research and creation of disputes, customer service questions and research, releasing of orders, updating and establishment of credit limits and working across other internal departments to resolve issues. Responsibilities to include but not limited to below.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and implement specific regional customer strategies toward goal of clearing customers past due balances.
Partners with Sales and other internal departments on development of plans on more complex customer accounts/transactions ensuring client through strategy and execution.
Identify & manage high risk customers by developing and implementing business risk and collection strategy to minimize risk exposure.
Lead and support negotiations to resolve customer account receivable issues.
Support invoicing issues and dispute resolution, performance, risk assessment and management of Customer accounts.
Manage the data maintenance in various business system for testing, data integrity and security. Coordinates with and provides recommendations to system providers and stakeholders to identify and resolve business system problems.
Prepares and presents financial metrics & strategic action plans to senior and executive leadership.
Exercise signature authority and document financial transactions.
Monitors, reconciles and ensures transactions are in compliance of contractual commitments and identify contractual and financial risks
Manages changes to commitments in response to changes in the business environment and customer/product requirements.
Ensures compliance with business commitments, company policies, laws and regulations.
Project manage and prioritize a wide range of complex issues and opportunities.
Provides technical and operational guidance to peers, BGS programs, business units and management.
Researches, prepares and reconciles data in support of the preparation of financial statements and reports. Supports analysis, documentation, and mitigation of compliance risk/errors. Analyzes and interprets directives, policies and regulatory requirements to provide recommendations on new and existing accounting issues. Supports the allocation and maintenance of the cost accounting structure/system, tools and related realignment activities. Supports the development and deployment of changes to accounting tools and processes.
Regular and predictable attendance is required
Nearly all virtual. May need to come to the office if a meeting is required. Candidate will need to be located within the Dallas area due to them needing to come onsite on occasion.
Multiple Shift Times for the 4 Openings - Candidates must be available for all options
1 opening - first shift 5:30am-2:30pm
2 openings - first shift 8:00am – 5pm
1 opening- first shift 10am-7pm.
During training (first week) we would need them all to show up from 8am-5pm
Any scheduled breaks: one morning break and one afternoon break as well as an hour lunch. No specific times for the breaks as long as they are not at peak work load
