PrimeNet is looking for a CUSTOMER ACCOUNT MANAGER who is ready to work in a fast-paced environment. PrimeNet will give preference to an individual with previous experience in the Printing or Direct Mail Marketing industries. Please note that the focus of this position is working with existing customers to manage direct mail campaigns. Includes ensuring all necessary information for a mailing has been obtained/approved by the client and that mailings are set up in the project management software correctly to ensure meeting in-home dates..
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- Working knowledge of Printing / Direct Mail industry products and processes
- Current working knowledge of Postal regulations, primarily for marketing / bulk rate mail
- Experience in working with mailing lists for targeted marketing
- Proficiency in managing multiple projects to meet process deadlines
- Proficiency in ProMail/VeraCore project management (or similar) software
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel & Outlook)
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Managing day-to-day activities related to assigned clients to process mailing jobs.
- Using the project management software to set up new jobs with appropriate instructions selected for production staff to follow.
- Using the project management software to create invoices for mailing jobs and send to assigned clients.
- Communicating up with assigned clients at all stages for required approvals and payments to ensure jobs mail out on time to meet in-home dates.
- Partner with team members and other departments.
- Working with the Creative department to develop new products or campaigns for existing customers.

Requirements:
- At least 18 years of age, with high school diploma, completed GED, or equivalent
- Friendly, reliable, and punctual
- Strong communication skills
- This position involves sitting for prolonged periods, with periodic standing, walking, bending and reaching, while performing necessary functions including speaking on the telephone and repetitive movement of wrists, hands and fingers.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Ability to work a schedule within PrimeNet operating hours of 7:00am to 7:00 pm
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
