About the Job
The Customer Account Coordinator oversees a dedicated customer and is responsible for interaction with the customer on both a day-to-day basis. Works with the dedicated fleets to engage in high priority customer opportunities that drive the business to the next level in achieving agreed upon service, and customer satisfaction. This position works for the local Customer Relationship Manager.
Responsibilities:- Handling inquiries, complaints, and feedback, and ensuring that all customer interactions are professional and customer-focused.
- Communicates customer feedback to management including any signs of dissatisfaction. Will organize meetings and updates as appropriate.
- Monitor customer dashboards to track KPIs.
- Assists with continuous improvement process between NFI and customer as well as work with project management team.
- Establishes productive, professional relationships with personnel at assigned accounts.
- Participate in QBR's, prepare documents, and ensure appropriate team members from NFI and Customer participate.
- Handling inquiries, complaints, and feedback, and ensuring that all customer interactions are professional and customer-focused
- Acts as a liaison between the customer and dedicated fleets for anything customer related.
- College degree preferred, but not required.
- 2-5 years customer service/transportation experience
- Computer applications using MS Office and Google Office
- Project Management Skills
- Excellent oral and written communications skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Must be proactive and able to work independently.
- Ability and availability to work extended hours including nights, weekends and potentially holidays as needed by the customer.
