Custom Residential Remodeling Superintendent - Gpac

Seeking a skilled Superintendent specializing in residential remodels to join a dynamic team!

• Seeking a talented Project Manager for our residential remodel projects with design-build experience.
• Strong administration skills and ability to oversee multiple sites (5-7) simultaneously.
• Well-rounded construction knowledge: not required to perform all tasks but understands the construction process.
• Conduct site visits, coordinate subcontractors, and maintain effective communication.
• Skilled in negotiation and cost management knowledge.
• Proficient in software applications such as CoConstruct, Word, Excel, and Google Sheets.
• Maintain detailed job logs on-site for each project.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned subcontractors.
• Demonstrate decision-making ability and resourcefulness to find answers.
• Prepare reports and potentially meet with customers on-site.
• Prior experience in residential remodels; ground-up experience not necessary.
• Familiarity with ADU (Secondary Suite) projects and home additions.
• Knowledge of layouts, take-offs, and strong attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, organized, and an early riser.
• Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to pitch in, including performing tasks like sweeping if required.
