Custom Metal Finisher/Polisher (Bilingual) from Tri-Starr Personnel

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Inspect metal parts to identify imperfections, irregularities, or defects.
• Determine appropriate finishing techniques and required materials.
• Utilize hand and power tools or machinery to remove excess materials, burrs, or rough edges from metal components.
• Smooth and shape metal surfaces using abrasive materials such as sandpaper, grinding wheels, or belts.
• Apply polishing compounds or abrasive pastes to achieve a smooth reflective surface finish.
• Enhance the appearance of metal parts using buffing wheels or handheld polishers.
• Clean metal surfaces to remove contaminants, grease, or residues.
• Utilize solvents or degreasing agents to ensure the metal is free from impurities.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and customer specifications.
• Make adjustments or rework components as necessary to achieve desired finish.
• Apply protective coatings such as paint, lacquer, or clear coats to prevent corrosion or enhance durability.

Skills and Experience:

• Experience in metal polishing is a plus.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Bilingual proficiency required.
