Job Posting: Construction Coordinator – Luxury Custom Home Builder
Position Overview: We are seeking a Construction Coordinator to join our team and play a pivotal role in managing high-end residential projects. As a key liaison between clients, subcontractors, and internal teams, the Construction Coordinator will ensure that our luxury custom home projects are executed efficiently, meeting the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.

Location: Atlanta, GA
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily operations, schedules, and activities across multiple custom home projects.
- Manage project documentation, permits, and ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
- Facilitate communication between clients, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure alignment on project goals and expectations.
- Support project managers in tracking project progress, processing change orders, and addressing any challenges that arise during construction.
- Leverage Residential Estimating experience or knowledge to assist with budgeting, cost analysis, and procurement of materials.
- Monitor project timelines and budgets to ensure projects stay on track and meet financial targets.
Qualifications:
- Strong background in construction management with experience in luxury custom home building.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
- Knowledge or experience with Residential Estimating is highly preferred.
