About the Job
The Custodian at Mazda of Roswell is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the dealership. This individual will be in charge of maintaining the physical appearance of the dealership, including both interior and exterior areas.
Compensation & Benefits:

Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain all areas of the dealership, including showroom, service bays, offices, restrooms, and customer waiting areas.
- Ensure all areas are stocked with necessary supplies such as cleaning products, paper products, and refreshments for customers.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust floors, carpets, and furniture.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms on a regular basis.
- Empty trash and recycling bins and replace liners.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when supplies need to be replenished.
- Perform minor maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs and fixing minor equipment issues.
- Maintain exterior appearance of the dealership, including parking lot, sidewalks, and landscaping.
- Assist with set-up and clean-up for client events and dealership functions.
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous custodial experience preferred.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
