Custodian - PT - Wed-Sun 10pm-3am (38243) - LNAA

Cleans and sanitizes restrooms and fixtures.

Dusts, cleans and polishes furniture, doors, windows, partitions, woo...MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Successful completion of standard background checks including but not limited to FAA -TSA security clearance, fingerprinting and pre-employment drug testing.

Strong work ethic, be able to complete work independently, work at a consistent pace.

Knowledge of cleaning methods and procedures; knowledge of cleaning materials, chemicals, and solvents; knowledge of the care and maintenance of cleaning equipment.

Good interpersonal communication skills.

Attention to detail.

Must be available for evenings, weekends and holidays and flexible in schedule.

Valid driver’s license required and maintained that meet insurance requirements.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Able to regularly stand, walk, sit, reach with hands and arms, climb, balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; and lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally must lift up to 50 pounds.

Work is typically performed walking, standing, bending or reaching and is physically repetitive.

Occasionally exposed to extreme temperatures, and weather conditions such as snow and ice.

Tasks may require exposure to adverse environmental conditions such as heat, cold, wetness, dust, noise and chemical odors.
