Custodian - National Facility Services

WE ARE CURRENTLY HIRING JANITORIAL ASSOCIATES 

Full Time and Part Time: Monday through Friday (Some Weekend Work May Be Required)

Salary: $8.50 - $10.00/hour based upon experience

*** Weekly Payroll! This position receives pay every Friday via direct deposit *** 

Location: Broward & Palm Beach County

Responsibilities: 

•  Maintain cleanliness of the property
•  Pick up trash and debris
•  Clean dumpster rooms and position and re-position dumpsters and recycle containers
•  Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, hosing or vacuuming
•  Spot clean building for dust, marks, remove cobwebs and insect nests
•  Replace defective light bulbs
•  Clean spills and other hazards with appropriate equipment
•  Clean building lobby, laundry rooms, special purpose rooms, and pool deck including complex furniture
•  Clean and polish elevators
•  Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies
•  Notify Manager concerning the need for repairs or hazards

Job Requirements: Lifting, pushing, pulling and carrying required frequently. Frequent bending and kneeling may be required to perform duties.

Required Work Experience: One (1) year of related experience

Transportation: Reliable transportation is required (Not all locations are accessible by public transit)

Drug and Background screening is required!
