We have a part time opportunity for a Custodian at our Mt. Olive Community in Flanders!

Some duties include

1. Adheres to all schedules provided.
2. Mops, sweeps and vacuums all common areas of the property
3. Cleans and polices stairwells and hallways
4. Washes common area windows and glass
5. Cleans Administrative Offices
6. Assist with floor maintenance

Education/Training: High School Diploma or equivalent

Skill(s): standing, pushing, pulling, listening, comprehending, small tool handling, power tool handling, cleaning equipment handling, following schedules

Experience: One or more years in custodial, janitorial or porter position (s)
