About the Job
Revology Cars is hiring a Custodian at the Orlando, Florida facility where we restore 1965-1968 Ford® Mustang® and Shelby® GT Mustang automobiles.
PAY AND BENEFITS
- A day shift custodian in our company will make between $19-20 per hour, depending on his or her skills and experience.
- The work schedule is 8:00am-4:30pm Monday through Friday, with Saturday and Sunday off.

- 80.0 hours paid time off (PTO) starts accruing immediately after hire, and new hires are eligible for holiday pay (80.0 hours per year) after only 90 days.

ABOUT THE JOB
The custodian is responsible for the following:
- Custodial work for 3 buildings, the office areas, bathrooms and the show room floor
- Collecting and taking out trash daily and cardboard recycling once a day
- Using commercial cleaning equipment including vacuums, floor buffers and carpet cleaners
- Cleaning wood, tile, and concrete floors
- Shampooing rugs and carpets
- Cleaning bathrooms and kitchenettes
- Restocking bathrooms and kitchenettes with supplies
- Dusting surfaces
- Washing windows
- Maintaining the inventory of cleaning supplies and placing orders as needed
- Other tasks as required

REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or GED
- Willingness and ability to work on any assigned schedule, change shifts periodically, work more than 8 hours per day and/or work overtime, while maintaining good attendance.
- Ability and willingness to learn and follow safety rules and procedures.
- Ability to perform manual labor, standing and walking much of the time, and with a certain amount of manual dexterity (the ability to pick up, handle, and manipulate tools, parts, and/or materials quickly and accurately).
- Ability to use commercial cleaning equipment.
- Ability to maneuver into, around, and about vehicles or components on an assembly line. Tasks may require a certain amount of reaching, twisting, and bending.
- Ability to learn, remember, and maintain pace of steps involved in performing a job after instruction, training, and familiarization with the tasks.
- Ability and willingness to understand and follow instructions, both verbal and written.
- Ability to perceive differences in very specific details when inspecting parts or work performed, checking for defects or quality issues, or when distinguishing various parts/components by identification number or code.
- Ability and willingness to work in a team environment, including helping co-workers, maintaining and promoting a safe work environment, treating co-workers with dignity and respect regardless of personal differences, and accepting and following instructions and requests from leadership.
- Ability to use, or willingness to learn how to use, an iPad.
