Fairview Range is hiring a Custodian for H ousekeeping department in Hibbing, MN.
As a custodian, you will perform a variety of support service functions as well as project-type work and cleaning in order to keep the physical facility orderly, aesthetically attractive, clean and sanitary.
Schedule: This position will work 72 to 80 hours per two weeks. The shift length will be 8-hours on the evening shift. Weekends: every other weekend worked

As a Custodian, you will be responsible for:
+ Maintaining hard surface floors.
+ Project cleaning and maintaining hard surface and carpeted floors.
+ Providing an outstanding level of cleaning quality in an assigned area to maintain a clean working environment consistent with department procedures and protocols.
Required Qualifications
+ Must be 18 years of age or older.
+ High School Diploma or GED preferred.
+ Six months verifiable experience in working with refinishing of hard surface flooring and carpet cleaning methods preferred.
